Salt River Tubing Transportation FAQ

Considering taking one of those awesome Salt River tubing float trips?  Well, you’re in luck – this is your authoritative resource for everything you need to know to make it happen!

Below are a few of the most common questions people ask.  The one they usually start with:

When I’m drunk and sunburned at the day’s end, what kind of Salt River Tubing Transportation is there for me and my friends?

There are several popular transportation services that can carry you safely to and from the river.  But we’re going to level with you here… we’ve got them all beat!

With our excellent Meet & Beat rates, we’ll give you a cheaper rate just for the honor of zipping you and your crew to and from your Salt River Tubing shindig.  Just give us a call or shoot us a text now at 602-875-0447 to reserve your ride!

We do it just as well (or better) – but with an added dash of class and flair.  We’ll scoop you up at your home(s) or meeting spot and drive you to the Salt River Tubing and Recreation Area, where you can float to your heart’s content for as long as you like.

Then, when you’re done, just call us up and we’ll promptly come and pick you up and take you back home – or wherever you want to go.

Keep in mind that we can only drop you at the Recreation Area.  We’re not associated with SRTR, so that’s the only place we can go for pickup or dropoff.

How do I get from the Recreation Area to the river, and back?

The Salt River has shuttles that regularly run from their Tubing and Recreation area down to the river, and back again when you’re ready.  The shuttle times are spaced out at fairly short intervals, about every 15 minutes.

How much does it cost to rent an inner tube?

The typical cost of a tube rental is $17 per person.

When does Salt River tubing season end?

The tubing season usually ends in late September.  Due to the pandemic, the 2021 season may be a little shorter, so it’s a good idea to check the Salt River Tubing website for updates on limitations and closures.
